In the museum, he holds a masterpiece that counts approximately 1,400 items, mainly from landscape prints by Ukiyo-e artist Utagawa Hiroshige, including "Tokaido Goshiki Sanjunouchi". Various exhibitions are also noteworthy. There is also a woodblock print experience corner (trial fee of 300 yen) in the hall.
"Kanbara Night Snow"
Kanbara lodging with heavy snow accumulating with Shinshin. The softness of the snow is represented by shades of gray, leaving a remarkably strong impression even compared with other Ukiyo-e prints.
"Yui Satsura Mine"
It is a piece drawn by a superb view over Suruga Bay and Mt. Fuji beyond the Satsuki Pass which was called a difficult point. It is wonderful that the travelers looking small and the roughness of the cliffs, the contrast of the calm sea.
"Okutsu Kitsu River"
A wrestler crossing the Kitsu River and a wrestler riding a horse are depicted humorously. Shallowness of the river bottom of the Kitsu River gives a relaxing impression.
"Esashi Miho distant view"
From the large number of boats you come and go, the lively vibrancy is transmitted. Beyond the ship, Miho Matsubara is also visible.
